My O2 - Wi-Fi connection
It looks like you're using a Wi-Fi connection.

If you're a Pay Monthly customer you can still use My O2, just follow these quick steps:

1. Switch off your Wi-Fi.
2. Click here and scroll to the bottom of the page and choose 'Yes please'.
3. Then you can turn your Wi-Fi back on.

Pay & Go customers, we're working on it! You can still access My O2, but you'll need to switch off your Wi-Fi first.
